Your day begins with an early morning departure from Arusha. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Tanzanian countryside as you head towards Mkomazi National Park. Upon arrival at the park, you’ll start your adventure with a guided game drive. This is your chance to explore the vast savannah and spot wildlife like elephants, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes as they move through the dry bushlands.

In the early afternoon, you’ll continue your exploration with a visit to the park’s rhino sanctuary. Here, you’ll learn about the important work being done to protect endangered black rhinos and African wild dogs. After your visit, you’ll take a break for a packed lunch at a peaceful picnic site inside the park, surrounded by nature and birdsong. You’ll then enjoy more wildlife viewing, possibly spotting rare bird species and predators as the afternoon cools.
