Day 1: Moshi – Machame Gate to Machame Camp

After breakfast and a briefing at your hotel in Moshi, you’ll drive to Machame Gate (1,800 m) where registration is completed. The trek begins through lush montane rainforest, alive with birds and monkeys. The trail gradually ascends to Machame Camp (2,835 m), your first overnight stop.

Day 2: Machame Camp – Shira Camp

After celebrating your achievement, descend to Mweka Camp (3,100 m) for your last night on the mountain.
